Turtle Journey
Made at AARDMAN for GREENPEACE
Very proud to have directed this short for Greenpeace, here at Aardman, telling a powerful & important story in stop-frame and CG animation. With a dream team and dream cast consisting of Olivia Colman, Dame Helen Mirren, David Harbour, Jim Carter, Bella Ramsey, Ahir Shah, Giovanna Lancellotti and Callie Miller. Topped off with a sublime score by the wonderful Penguin Cafe. This was a dream project in every single way.

A passion project for FITC
Legend has it, there are thirteen all-powerful artefacts, which, if acquired from their guardians, and wielded together as one, will give the possessor untold and unstoppable creative power. I had pleasure of directing this Christmas spot for the prestigious Fortnum & Mason! We mixed archive footage, 2D animation of classic Bawden illustrations and live-action shot inside the gorgeous store on Piccadilly!

Hello Sanrio
A collaboration with TADO
I joined my creative friends TADO as co-director and editor for their stop-motion short film diving into the world of Sanrio’s wonderful characters.

Sweet Release
A collaboration with DAN & CLAIRE EFERGAN
Dan, Claire and myself had a silly idea to make a film all about final thoughts of an all but doomed Piñata. So we wrote, edited and directed it together as a passion project.

OFFF Titles
A passion project for OFFF supported by AARDMAN
The ultimate passion project - I designed and co-directed the closing titles for the 2016 OFFF festival in Barcelona. We wanted to make something bright, loud and full of energy, so we used every trick at our disposal - stop-frame, live-action, motion-graphics and rap-music!

Do Fly
A passion project for DO BOOK CO.
To celebrate my book’s release, I wanted to make a film! I collaborated with my friend & aerial camera specialist Rob Anthill to present a top-down view of the world whilst our plucky fragile paper aeroplane makes it’s way on it’s journey!

Not My Tempo
A passion project
A (very) short film, just experimenting with a high-speed camera, a drum kit, and pyrotechnics! All made by a group of friends in the Aardman studio, seeing what we could create after-hours!

Böikzmöind
A passion project
A huge group collaboration - a passion project that started as a 5-minute short and ended up a 30-mins documentary. The film asks the question “Why ride a bike with no gears in a city full of hills?”. The film organically grew and grew into one of the biggest passion projects I’ve ever been a part of and connected me with so many new people in a city I love. It was really instrumental in my career as a Director too, so BÖIKZ will always have a very special place in my heart.
